Mapping & analyzing
With an aim to create positive change in companies or organizations Make Equal identifies risks and possibilities associated with equality, representation and inclusion. Make Equal has ten years of experience in reviewing companies and organizations from a perspective based on intersectionality and equality.
We measure experiences of restrictive norms and discrimination. The collection of data is customized and can contain surveys, interviews and observations but also reviews of policies and documented information about the organization. The measure can cover the entire organization as well as a specific part of it and is based on all grounds of discrimination according to the Discrimination Act.
