Frida Hasselblad (on leave)

Key Account Strategist and Equality Consultant

Fifteen years of experience as a consultant in equality issues has made Frida a key person in Make Equal’s major projects. With a particular focus on leadership and organizational development, she has developed successful tools, such as Respekttrappan. Frida has a unique ability to engage both employees and management teams in the change process. After being CEO of Make Equal, she now focuses on customer assignments and method development to drive inclusive work forward.

Ida Östensson

Chairman of the Board

Ida is the Chairman of the Board and Founder of Make Equal and Secretary General of ChildX. She is also the founder of the consent movement Fatta and the initiative #Killmiddag and is the author of the books Allt vi inte pratar om and Allt vi inte ser. Ida has won several awards, including Popular Educator of the Year, Bris Award Winner of the Year and first place at Näringslivets Superkommunikatör. She is an experienced equality consultant, moderator and appreciated voice in the public debate.

Magnus Larsson

Magnus is CEO and co-founder of MAJORITY, a digital bank for expats, immigrants and international students in the US. Previously nine years within the Kinnevik Group, including as Head of Sweden for Comviq and CEO of Optimal Telecom. CEO of Rebtel from 2015-2021 and since then Chairman of the Board.

Tanvir Mansur

Member of the Board

Tanvir is a popular writer and podcast producer. On behalf of Make Equal, he has also produced Allt vi inte pratar om – the podcast about masculinity, life and everything men and boys don’t talk about. Tanvir is particularly interested in human rights, masculinity and diversity issues.
