Make Equal trains employees and managers in equality, diversity and inclusion based on jointly identified needs and themes. Our experienced consultants, lecturers and process leaders work in a solution-focused way, using creative and interactive methods that challenge without pointing fingers.
Our training interventions are anchored in our ‘in-inside-out’ model and provide an equality perspective on employer branding, internal work culture and communication of services/products. We use relevant research and exercises to reduce the risks of unconscious bias and disadvantageous structures to strengthen the benefits of inclusion through, among other things, psychological safety and norm awareness.
